From the Desk Of Beverly:


Positioning the mind when you are not achieving the outcome you desire.


The First,  is Eat well, Sleep well and Exercise well. Establish daily goals that includes contacts of those in position to give you what you want.

The Second, is resist blame including yourself. You can recognise things that need to be improved upon, rather than blaming seek solutions.

The Third, Keep asking. Even if you have to change your course. Create a new one and continually ask.
